• Auto Window Tinting — vehicle window film installation for cars, trucks, and SUVs.
• Auto Detailing — interior and exterior vehicle cleaning, polishing, and detailing services.
• Holiday Lighting Installation — design, installation, and removal of holiday and seasonal lighting displays.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. Availability of specific services may vary based on location, season, or scheduling.

All services are performed by appointment only. By booking an appointment with Inland Shine Co., you agree to the following:

• You will provide accurate and complete information about the service location, vehicle, or project scope at the time of booking.
• You will ensure the vehicle or property is reasonably accessible and ready at the scheduled appointment time.
• Any special conditions, existing damage, or previous film installations will be disclosed prior to service.

All quotes provided by Inland Shine Co. are estimates based on the information provided at the time of inquiry. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes upon inspection.

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept cash, major credit and debit cards, and other payment methods as communicated at the time of service.
• All prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Additional charges may apply for services beyond the original quoted scope, including but not limited to excessive soiling, pre-existing damage repair, or additional film cuts.

We understand that schedules change. We ask that you provide reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are accepted at no charge.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit paid.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to notify you as early as possible.

• Window tinting warranty terms vary depending on the film product used and will be communicated at the time of service.
• Warranty coverage applies to defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
• Warranty is void if damage results from improper use, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow post-installation care instructions.
• Auto detailing and holiday lighting services do not carry a manufacturer warranty but are backed by our commitment to quality workmanship.

By booking a service with Inland Shine Co., you agree that you are the owner of, or have authorized permission to have services performed on, the vehicle or property in question.

• You are responsible for removing any personal valuables from your vehicle prior to auto detailing or tinting services.
• For residential services, you are responsible for ensuring a safe and accessible work environment for our technicians.
• You agree to inspect and approve all completed work before our technicians leave the service location. Concerns raised after the technician has departed may be subject to re-inspection before remediation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Inland Shine Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
